Suzanne Miller

Suzanne has spent her entire professional life identifying and communicating stories. After several years in public affairs and financial communications, she founded Magellan Communications, a global communications and PR firm that she successfully grew and led for more than a decade. Built as a remote working firm with consultants in 18 cities internationally, her clients included C-suite executives in healthcare, banking and technology. Before founding Magellan, Suzanne helped market-leading clients in the venture capital, healthcare and technology sectors tell their stories to the world at top PR firms such as Ogilvy, and Blanc & Otus and Hill and Knowlton.

Most recently Suzanne turned her focus to what she enjoys most advising clients in the venture capital, private equity, healthcare and technology realm on strategic branding, messaging and content creation. Whether a client needs a complete messaging strategy or help with devising effective thought leadership content, Suzann’e sweet spot is partnering with clients who need the fundamentals effective storytelling and helping them find a consistent voice.

A multi-passionate creative, Suzanne extended her storytelling skills to the visual realm founding a textile design studio called The Storied House in 2017. Her designs are now in showrooms throughout the U.S. have been featured in Design St. Louis, The Ladue News and St. Louis Magazine and the St. Louis Post Dispatch. Her photography has appeared in HGTV Magazine.

Suzanne has a B.A. from St. Louis University, where she created her own major in International Affairs, studying French, Political Science and Economics. She also holds an M.B.S. from University College Dublin and has studied textile design at London’s Central Saint Martins. and interior design at the Rhode Island School of Design. Having married a native Irishman, Suzanne considers herself home with their two children and a Westie in both St. Louis and Dublin.
